We love making smoothies here. I make them up for myself most mornings for breakfast or an after the gym treat or as an after-school treat for the youngest two children.
My older boys like making them too at Uni. They both have their own smoothie makers. Today I am sharing this tasty BerryWorld Blueberry Buzz Smoothie.

We love making smoothies with blueberries, it is one of our favourite ingredients. Also, their taste is great and turn the milk a lovely lilac colour.
Perfect for breakfast or as a mid-day refreshment, the Blueberry Buzz Smoothie is not only delicious but also a healthful choice.
Providing a refreshing boost of energy and essential nutrients to keep you feeling invigorated and satisfied throughout the day.
I love to have mine in a morning but if I forget I have one after the gym, lunch or after tea as a treat. So start your day with a refreshing Blueberry Buzz Smoothie packed with antioxidants and flavour.
This delicious blueberry smoothie is the perfect blend of sweet, creamy, and nutritious ingredients.
Each Serve: 1 | Prep time: 5 mins
You’ll Need: Blueberry Buzz Smoothie:
- 125g blueberries
- Juice of 1 orange and 1 lime
- Sugar to taste
- 6 tbsp natural yogurt
What To Do:
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth, adding more sugar or honey to taste.
- Serve with ice.
- Drink immediately.
