Pistachio, Raspberry And Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Hello friends. So how are you today?

How To Make A Pistachio, Raspberry And Blueberry Smoothie Bowl:

Pistachio, Raspberry And Blueberry Smoothie Bowl.

Raspberries and blueberries bring antioxidants, fiber, and a naturally sweet-tart taste that pairs beautifully with the subtle nuttiness of pistachios.

Blending these with yogurt, milk, or a plant-based alternative helps create a smooth, creamy base while adding protein and richness.

Frozen fruit works especially well to achieve that thick, spoonable consistency without watering down the flavour.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 100mls 0% Greek yogurt
  • 100mls skimmed milk
  • 25g raspberries
  • 2tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 tsp runny honey
  • 25g blueberries
  • 15g shelled pistachio, roughly chopped
  • 25g pomegranate seeds

 How to Make:

  1. Place the yogurt, milk, raspberries, oats and honey in a blender and blitz for 30 seconds.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  3. Arrange the blueberries, pomegranate seeds and pistachios over the surface in whatever pattern you wish and eat immediately.
